Dairy pie with Bulgarian

In honor of Shavuot: Miri incorporated Bulgarian from Masek Tsuriel into her milk pie recipe • These are the ingredients, this is the preparation method

The recipe is suitable for an English cake pan. You can divide the pans in half and get a slightly smaller pie or use a ramekin pan for individual servings.

Ingredients:

A cup of olive rings

A cup of corn kernels

3 large eggs

5 tablespoons oil (I use less)

Sour cream cup

100 g grated Bulgarian cheese

3/4 cup flour

A teaspoon of baking powder

5 slices of yellow cheese

A pinch of black pepper

A little cumin

A little salt

For variety, golden breadcrumbs

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the cheeses into small cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, or grease a muffin tin.
  4. You can sprinkle a little golden crumbs on the pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle with golden crumbs.
  6. Bake at medium heat, 180 degrees, for about half an hour, until the pie turns golden and sets.
