MK Tzipi Livni appeared on the entertainment program "State of the Nation" on Channel 2 on Saturday night, and harshly and in unacceptable language attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Livni used harsh and blunt words, and also incorporated curses and obscenities in Arabic, which we of course censored.

Among other things, she said to her son: ""Like in a good relationship, Boogie and I decided to take out the trash together" - in a reference to Netanyahu.

The program's host, Lior Schlein, remarked to the Minister of Justice about a week ago that such a statement would not have been legally binding. In addition, in reference to the zero-tax VAT law, Livni implied that Netanyahu is the zero.

Livni also said that while in government, she was forced to block bills by Miri Regev "and all the other crazy people.".

The host ended this disrespectful performance with a cynical remark to Livni, who would leave the studio as usual, "Left, left and left again, exiting Begin Street and onto Rabin Street." Livni responded: """I'm going up Jabotinsky Road and cutting off the rightists.".

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz this morning harshly attacked MK Tzipi Livni following last night's rude insult to the Prime Minister.

""Livni on drugs?", asked Minister Katz this morning on his Facebook page. "Yesterday on 'State of the Nation' we saw a delusional figure who hurled unprecedented insults at the Prime Minister.

'"What a style and what a level! Since the contact with Abu Mazen was cut off, she has simply gone out of balance. Addicted to contacts with Palestinians - unable to quit," he added.

Yuval Steinitz responded: "When Tzipi Livni was in the Likud, she said the harshest things in the world about Bozi Herzog. When she moved to the center-left, she allowed herself to speak in an intolerable way toward the prime minister. If this had happened from the other side, the media would have been alarmed.".

Steinitz added: "I suggest Livni stop talking nonsense, not even with humor. There is a limit to how you can talk about the prime minister, even if you have now moved to the center-left.".
