Shai Dibo Cohen is remembered from the audition phase of the show 'The Voice', following the poignant exchange between him and mentor Aviv Geffen.

Shai Dibo Cohen decided to take the issue one step further, and use a tool that Aviv Geffen often uses himself to express his personal positions – through music.

During the audition, some of the lyrics of the song "The Closest Alone," written and composed by Aviv Gefen, were mentioned, with Shai using them in a completely opposite meaning from the way they are implied in the song itself. Shai said to Aviv: "What did you say in your song? We wear suits, always buttoned up so we don't smell the stench inside? Then I discovered that there are suits that don't stink inside.".

This time, Shai re-recorded the entire song and gave the text a clean and sacred interpretation, which on the one hand presents a little criticism of Aviv Geffen, and on the other hand, a strictly kosher Jewish meaning.

In recent days, the country has been in turmoil after Amir Benayoun wrote a song that expresses a position and criticism of the situation in Israel. There is also criticism in Dibo's new song, but it is done with great thought and a desire to connect us all to the point of inner truth.

You are invited to listen to and watch the music video for the "strictly kosher" version of "The Closest Alone", which became "I'm Never Alone".
