Minister Dudi Amsalem attacked Attorney Gali Bahar-Miara and Deputy Advisor Dr. Gil Limon in a harsh speech last night (Monday), claiming that they harm Torah scholars and therefore "have a special place in hell.".
Amsalem claimed that Rabbi Meara is leading a systematic and deliberate line with the goal of narrowing the steps of the Haredim. "For such evil and such persecution of Jews, whose only sin is that they study Torah - there is a special hell.".
The minister claimed that Bahar-Miyara is making ultra-Orthodox and Jews who study Torah "hell on earth," using its legal power to harm their budgets and rights.
The minister concluded in a threatening tone: "There is a Creator of the world, there is a reckoning in the world, and nothing is hidden from His eyes. God will be repaid from you and your hypocrisy.".
