The YAM fighters arrested in Ramallah a suspect in the murder of a Rahat resident in June 2025, after he allegedly fled to the West Bank and Samaria and stayed there for the past year under a false identity in an attempt to evade law enforcement.
After extensive investigative and intelligence activity, the conditions were ripe for the suspect's arrest in Ramallah.

The YAM fighters, who operated covertly, arrived last night (Monday) at the building where the suspect was hiding, raided the place, surprised him while he was sleeping in his bed - and pulled him out of bed for arrest.
The police said: "The suspect was arrested without any casualties to our forces.".
