The Registrar of Endowments filed a dissolution petition against a public benefit company because it did not allow supervision of its conduct.

In light of deficiencies in the conduct of the public benefit company SNA- Systems Management Ltd. (516670353), the Enforcement and Control Unit of the Corporations Authority at the Ministry of Justice filed a request this month on behalf of the Registrar of Endowments for a dissolution order for the public benefit company to the Beer Sheva District Court (Ref. No. 7273-05-26).

The public benefit company was founded in 2022 and its registered goals are to manage and promote public projects to raise awareness of good citizenship in Arab society in the State of Israel, and to promote projects in the fields of education, culture, science and art.

The deficiencies in the public benefit company constitute grounds for dissolution in accordance with the Companies Law. This is because, since its establishment, the public benefit company has not submitted reports to the Registry of Endowments as required by law, nor has it responded to the Registrar's repeated demands and inquiries. In this way, it does not cooperate with the Registrar and does not allow for supervision of its conduct, and there is even concern that it is not advancing its registered objectives.
