Recently, the terrorist operated near the Yellow Line and, as part of his role, promoted terrorist plots against IDF forces operating in the area.
The IDF revealed this evening a photo of Hamza Sharbatsi, captured in a camouflage uniform at the Nahal Oz outpost during the murderous massacre on October 7.
In the same attack, Azzam al-Hayya, a Nuhba terrorist and the son of a Hamas leader - who had played a central role in the organization during the last seven years - was also eliminated.
IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the region in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threat.
