A special investigation that aired this evening (Tuesday) on Channel 14 reveals how the system works that guarantees, in the midst of the war, exemption from conscription - in exchange for 10,000 shekels paid in advance.
Behind the method is Nathan Mugrabi, who was featured in a hidden camera investigation, explaining how a "properly constructed story" and an accompanying psychiatrist will lead to discharge from service without any problematic signs in the future.

In the recordings, Mughrabi is heard offering a "professional" exemption from conscription based on past behavior patterns and a well-organized psychiatric opinion, while promising that this would not affect the issuance of a weapons or driver's license.

He also boasts about the people who have already "stepped out of his way," including reality star Ariel Jian from the show "Wart" on Channel 13.
The investigation reveals that Gian himself told Sheva's investigator Meir Shmatsov that he had indeed used Mughrabi's services and even praised the price he received. However, when the channel contacted him for an official response, Gian changed his version and claimed that nothing was done "in collusion" and that he was only "recommending him as a friend.".
The investigation further revealed a direct confrontation between presenter Yehuda Schlesinger and Mughrabi in his office. As soon as Schlesinger introduced himself as a journalist and asked about the fee exemption system, Mughrabi began running down the hallway, threatening to call the police and escaping through the emergency stairwell, while Schlesinger called out after him: "How do you do this to dodgers during wartime?".
