In preparation for the Days of Mercy and Forgiveness, when the musical atmosphere usually tends toward tenderness and gentleness, Nathaniel Abekasis chooses to go against the grain.
In his new single – "To the End" – he presents a completely different approach: power, urgency, and a sharp reminder that these days are decisive moments.
Abekasis shares: “During Elul, everyone releases songs of emotion and soul, all with gentleness and calmness. But I thought – the exact opposite is true. There is no calmness during Elul, there is pressure to change ourselves in the final minutes of this year. I decided to walk with God to the end, even if the sky falls.”
The song, in a rock style with a lot of emotion and confidence, is described by him as "a personal conversation with his Creator." According to him, “It’s the best – to break down in order to connect… I ask for redemption, not myself. To go all the way with God, without giving up on ourselves in the last moments of the end of the year.”
