Rabbi Zechariah Hamari, known as "Mori Hamari", passed away tonight in Rishon LeZion at the age of 106.
Rabbi Hamari was born in Yemen on the 27th of Tevet 1968 to his father, Rabbi Yafet, the late, and his mother, Mrs. Hanna, may God bless him. His students called him "Mori Hamari," and he was known to be well-versed in the wisdom of Kabbalah. Rabbi Hamari was a student of the Kabbalist Rabbi Chaim Yechia Sinwani, may God bless him.
His funeral will leave today at 4:00 PM, from his home on King David Street in the Ramat Eliyahu neighborhood in Rishon LeZion to the city cemetery.
