Yaki Adamkar, a journalist for the 'Walla' website, was attacked this evening (Sunday) by Shas activists, as he left the opening of the party's election campaign for the 21st Knesset - which was launched in Bat Yam.
After the attack, Adamker tweeted on his Twitter account: "So tonight some marginalized boys from the Shas called me a Nazi who should be killed. What's worrying is that the sane activists who stood by allowed this horror show to proceed unhindered.".
Half an hour later, Adamkar updated: "Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri called me just now to protest the attack by his party activists against me at this evening's conference in Bat Yam.".
""From here I want to teach the truth that this is not the party's path, but that of a few foolish and pathetic boys.".
