Let's raise a glass: On the occasion of Shavuot, the Haredi Likud headquarters produced a toast event in honor of the holiday in the center of Bnei Brak.
The conference was attended by MK Moshe Feiglin, former MKs, members of the Likud presidency and dozens of central committee members, and more than 200 people who came to ask questions and listen.
Feiglin gave a short speech, after which he answered questions from the audience at length. The main question that occupied the participants was the partnership between the Haredim and the Likud. Feiglin replied that as soon as the appropriate political situation is created, he will work to change the composition of the coalition, and restore the alliance between the Haredim and the Likud. Feiglin added that there is a consensus on this in the Likud center.
The chairman of the Likud ultra-Orthodox headquarters and a member of the Likud presidency, Yaakov Wider, told Haredim10: "The large response, which, to be honest, surprised us too, proves that there is a desire for meetings of this type in general and in Bnei Brak in particular. We will continue to hold meetings, out of the belief that the connection between elected officials and voters should exist all the time, not just once every four years.".
Vider thanked MK Feiglin for happily accepting the invitation.
