The government approved this morning (Friday) in an unusual telephone vote the replacement of 11 Fatah terrorists with Hamas terrorists, in accordance with the terrorist organization's demand - as part of the deal.
Among the terrorists included in the release list is Ahmed Jamal Ahmed Kunbeh, who was convicted of the murder of Rabbi Raziel Shevah and sentenced to life imprisonment.
According to the decision, Konbe will be deported abroad after his release.
Yael Shevach, Rabbi Raziel's widow, responded: "A few months ago, an IPS officer who meets this terrorist from time to time spoke to me and said that he is in such a deranged mental state that it would be better for us to have someone else as a burden than for us. Mentally deranged to the level of basic dysfunction.
""So a. It's gratifying to hear that this is his condition, b. It's likely that he will die there faster than from here. And if he is the price for the kidnappers, then with love.".
The terrorist too Mahmoud Musa Issa Issa, who kidnapped and murdered Nissim Toledano and participated in a car bombing attack that killed two soldiers, was included in the new list.
The list also includes Raed Ahmed Abdullah Abu Dahr, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for his activities as a bomb engineer and sending terrorists to carry out attacks.
Unlike the others, he will not be deported abroad.
More on the new list: Mahmoud Ali Hassan Qawsmeh, who was previously released as part of the Shalit deal and deported to the Gaza Strip, where he promoted terrorist activity against Judea and Samaria.
