Yossi Swed releases his first solo single after years of musical activity as the lead singer of the band "Hot and Warm Boom", with whom he released two studio albums and performed hundreds of live performances.
Yossi maintains the folk style that has characterized his work so far, but presents it in a more mature and refined manner, while touching on deeper and more personal content.
Yossi's work is closely linked to his hometown of Jerusalem, and many motifs that characterize the city can be found in it.
The song "Last Waters" was born from leaving Jerusalem, and the feeling that he no longer has a place there. The song contains motifs from the world of Judaism and Hasidism, which are linked to the harsh and gray reality of the city.
After working with the largest record companies in Israel - Hed Artzi, NMC and Hath HaShimni, Yossi releases a song and video under personal production - 100% Indie. This choice came from reasons of a desire to express himself freely and completely faithful to his artistic statement.
This work is the first in a series of songs that Yossi intends to release, with the goal of releasing each song separately as a single backed by a music video, rather than as an entire album, based on a renewed understanding of the music consumption market today.
Yossi also performs regularly throughout the country, performances that will continue and intensify with the release of the songs.
