Singer Ohad Moshkowitz is releasing his new and fifth album: only 11 select songs made it onto the polished album.
This is an album that takes its listeners back to the eighties and nineties – the heyday of Hasidic music: Yossi Green, Israel Lam, Moshe Laufer, Eli Lisinsky and more are just part of the list of musicians participating in this special project.
The album also features Maestro Gershon Freishtat, who accompanies Ohad musically around the world, and who took an active part in the album and arranged two songs; the young musicians Itzi Berry and Eli Klein, who composed and arranged a significant portion of the album, and Yoeli Diekman, who also composed and arranged one of the songs.
And we can't do without a word about 'Segula.' A masterpiece by Yossi Green that takes us 20 years back to the joyful days of 'Tanya' and 'Adaraba.'.
