Dozens of young men and women from the Jerusalem faction blocked the Shilat intersection near Modi'in on Monday afternoon, causing traffic congestion on Highway 443, in protest of the arrest of three draft refusers, who are being held in Prison 4 in Tzirifin. כוחות המשטרה - ובהם גם שוטרות מג"ב - פינו את המפגינים בכוח מהכביש, והתנועה שבה לסדרה. במקביל, עשרות מפגינים שאחזו בשלטים ניסו לחסום את כביש גהה בכניסה לעיר בני ברק - ויצרו פקקי תנועה כבדים. כוחות משטרה שהוזעקו עצרו עשרה מפגינים, בגין הפרת סדר וחסימת התנועה, פינו את המפגינים, ופתחו את הכביש לתנועה.
