According to the report, Iran increased its stockpile of enriched uranium to the 60% level by 133.8 kg and holds a total of 408.6 kg of uranium enriched to this level. The agency emphasizes that despite the lack of evidence of an active nuclear program today, Iran's conduct, including the destruction of evidence and non-cooperation, continues to raise serious concerns. The agency's Director General, Rafael Grossi, again called on Iran to cooperate fully and immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unusually, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office issued a response to the publication on Saturday: "The IAEA report proves that the Iranian nuclear program is not for peaceful purposes. The international community must act now to stop Iran.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Thursday, Trump administration officials told CNN that a new nuclear agreement between the United States and Iran could be signed as early as next week, during the upcoming round of talks between the countries expected to take place in the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a report in Kan News, Israel has dramatically improved its readiness to attack Iran's nuclear facilities in recent months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Readiness is reflected in the formulation of plans, Air Force exercises, long-range strikes and testing of operational capabilities, such as in strikes in Yemen, exercises conducted in the civilian home front and in the health system, and also in armaments that arrived in Israel by airlift from the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
