We run:<\/b> Well, as I promised last week, here is the sequel.<\/p>\r\n
After the first workout last week, where we started on the journey towards a 10km run, my whole body ached, my legs ached, and going down stairs was difficult even two days later. I was quite worried about how I would get through Sunday morning's workout (as you remember, we are supposed to do 3 of these a week. One with the instructor and 2 as homework).<\/p>\r\n
On Sunday morning I arrived at the meeting point. My muscles still hadn't recovered from the trauma of the previous workout.<\/p>\r\n
We started running and walking and, lo and behold, the pain disappeared within a few minutes as if it had never existed.<\/p>\r\n
And in general, the mix of 3.5 minutes of brisk walking and 0.5 minutes of running times 10 - which was difficult to the point of being impossible but two days ago, went much more reasonably this time.<\/p>\r\n
I felt overjoyed by the surprising progress, especially since the next day I had no special muscle pain at all.<\/p>\r\n
Tuesday's training also went well and I already felt on the horse.<\/p>\r\n
Last Thursday I showed up relaxed and confident, and then the guide announced with a smile that today we were doing a 3-1 ratio...<\/p>\r\n
