The complaint was filed by Rabbi Akiva Greenzig, who is part of the community of the Gur Hasidic Rabbi Alter, for harassment and defamation of members of the Gur Rosh Yeshiva community. Sources in Gur Hasidic Rabbis tell Haredim 10 that the protest rally, which was held along Chazon Ish Street, was organized as part of the efforts of the leaders of the court to stem the drift of Hasidic abandoning towards the Gur Rosh Yeshiva community. The newspaper 'Hamodia', the Gur Hasidic newspaper, published on Friday, in the headlines on the front page of the newspaper, that the protest rally was due to attempts to "interfere with the pure education" of Gur Hasidic Rabbis.
