Simcha Felder will introduce a legislative proposal in the New York State House of Representatives to increase the punishment for pirated copies.<\/p>\r\n
According to the proposal, the applicant for a license to remove a burial site will be required to prove that he is able to bring the burial site to a proper burial and will be obligated to prominently display his license number on the truck.<\/p>\r\n
Felder, the commissioner of the Haredi neighborhoods in Brooklyn, is seeking to impose fines ranging from one thousand to five thousand dollars for violating the law.<\/p>\r\n

The amendment to the law will be implemented immediately after Passover.<\/p>\r\n
