How to prepare the roll:<\/b><\/p>\r\n
1. Mix the eggs in a bowl.<\/p>\r\n
2. Add the diced beets, green onions, parsley, and grated potatoes and mix until smooth.<\/p>\r\n
3. Heat and grease a frying pan and pour all the batter into the pan.<\/p>\r\n
4. Attach the tortilla to the batter in the pan.<\/p>\r\n
5. After a few minutes, turn and cook the other side.<\/p>\r\n
6. Spread avocado in the center of the roll and sprinkle with Bulgarian cheese.<\/p>\r\n
7. Roll and cross<\/p>\r\n
Instructions for preparing the dip:<\/b><\/p>\r\n
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\r\n
