We also shouldn&#039;t forget that the money doesn&#039;t just go to the Haredim. Why has the media refrained from doing a media lynching on the issue, even given its extensive coverage? Why does it only handle it with silk gloves?<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">As I understand it, the report&#039;s conclusions will not be implemented. The military rightly jumped in, because they wanted to touch their budgets, and I&#039;m left with a fertile imagination to imagine what the media&#039;s attitude would have been if it had been 10 billion shekels for the Haredi? Well, to be honest, you don&#039;t need a fertile imagination for that.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>2<\/strong>. Channel 2 aired a report the day before the stabbing at the Pride Parade that dealt with Yair Lapid&#039;s supposed &quot;closeness&quot; to the ultra-Orthodox.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">The article compared and took video clips of Yair from 2013, after the last elections, and compared them to recent times. Of course, there was a 180-degree &quot;turnaround&quot; here.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">Yair supposedly spoke about his insult that Rabbi Steinman called him evil, etc., Yair Lapid explained his change by saying that he realized how much he was hated by the Haredi public (by the way, a crazy video edit of all the rabbis cursing Lapid and burning his picture in the Lag BaOmer bonfire), and finally there was a Haredi street poll along the lines of, &quot;What do you think about Lapid&#039;s approach?&quot;'<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">Most of the answers were like this: &quot;He wants to be prime minister, etc.&quot; And what is my opinion from the height of my 16 years? He may be trying to build a so-called &quot;new image&quot; for his people, which is certain in politics, it&#039;s a show and an exercise. To know what he gets out of it, we have to wait.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Thursday afternoon of last week. I was only concerned that my column in the family newspaper hadn&#039;t been published, and I went for a drive to clear my head. On the way back, I suddenly looked at my phone and saw the reports of the stabbing at the parade.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">Later, I saw many more reports that emphasized that the stabbing was Haredi. At that moment, I was shocked. I thought to myself, what will happen? What is the condition of the injured?<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">At first there were no detailed answers to anything, everything was a great darkness, and only later did things begin to become clearer, and together they were accompanied by a real unease that never ceased to nag at me: What will happen to the wounded? What will be the attitude of the secular media?<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">And indeed, as I thought, the situation deteriorated from moment to moment. The incitement increased from moment to moment. The media did not stop mentioning that the stabbing was Haredi. Oded Carmeli in Mako wrote that the solution to the hate attacks over the weekend is &quot;closing state religious and Haredi education.&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">I don&#039;t know what to say anymore. After the incitement, all Haredim are perceived as &quot;potential murderers,&quot; which is why at the rally in memory of the late Shira Banki they won&#039;t let us pass through the street. Where is the caution against generalizations?
