There are people who live for the day. People of action and labor, who know what they did yesterday, what they will do today, and their fortress is spread out the next day as well. There is a good chance that you will not recognize these people. That is, you know them and meet them - especially if you belong to the category of people of life, and yet it is likely that you have not heard of them or have not 'read' about them - and them.<\/p>\r\n
These people, unlike the wonderful people you will meet later, do not need animal incentives and do not crave the roar of the crowd and fake adrenaline, they are alive. You have probably heard of the shadow people, those who breathe a different air from the standard and feed on a different type of carbohydrates in the form of fame and publicity. And if not today, then certainly in the previous election campaign, and if you ignored them there too, you will likely meet them in two years in the 2015 elections and so on. Until the genius comes who will set elections only on February 29, a date that is born only once every four years. - Until then, prepare for a biennial reminder. And what are things supposed to be?<\/p>\r\n
-The consciousness of the elections has not yet burst into our lives, we have not yet exchanged forces from that free day in the late winter of 2012, we are still a step away from the final digestion and understanding of the joy of the government of destruction that has disintegrated and passed away, and here is a surprise: the vast media and visual media have been distributed and bombarded with hundreds of excited calls from types of people, who formally belong to the Haredi stream - to attribute.<\/p>\r\n
Exactly two hours (!) after the first announcement of a "probably" election, and already a graphic ad in the form of a ballot with the letters "no" was circulating somewhere throughout their world - the 'virtual world' (where if you're not there, you don't exist. - The slogan is important, you'll understand why later), while carrying the flag of discrimination and challenging it.<\/p>\r\n

Once, when I saw him bestow a decent coin of charity on a traveler who had extended his hand, when it was clear to everyone that he was not defined as poor by all methods and all opinions, I dared to ask "why." The answer I received guides me even now when loftier matters stand before my eyes. "Even if he is not truly poor," my father replied, "it is enough for me that he has reached the level of being poor, for this act alone he deserves the measure of mercy." I bought it. Since then, I have been spreading mercy in abundance even to those who do not possess a decent reason for it, other than the fact that they are asking for mercy. Here too, the very demand for attention arouses a large portion of participation in pain and sorrow in the population as a whole, and for that - my condolences.<\/p>\r\n But the very storm, and the very prevailing opinions for and against, make me wonder "where did we go wrong?" It is true, our rabbis ztzu"l and shlita"a have instructed us more than once to exercise our democratic right and go vote even at the cost of nullifying the Torah. It seems that there is no other time when the immortal commandment of "and do whatever he tells you" is more fulfilled than during elections. Happy Israel.<\/p>\r\n But does anyone have a 'Skal Daatach Amina' because our vote, which is put on the ballot as instructed by our rabbis, is represented by such and such a person? Does anyone still hold the insight that in his action he "chose" a particular representative? Does anyone really think that the representative of the movement acts on his own accord and according to the wisdom of his mind while voting in the plenum for or against? Is the opinion of the 'public messenger' (yes. that's what he's called!) relevant at all compared to the opinion or the opinion of the Torah luminaries as they instruct him? So it's not. The elected representative of the public must maintain continuous contact with the luminaries of the generation, especially in crucial votes, which, incidentally, limits his 'subjective affiliation.'.<\/p>\r\n The very idea that there is a place for different types of people in the Knesset plenum shows a terrible ignorance, in everything that concerns the Haredi parties and their purpose. Anyone who thinks that the absence of a type of person from the Knesset list violates the rights of those who are drawn after him, like anyone who thinks that their inclusion in the party will benefit the votes of forgotten people, has not yet touched the doorknob of Haredi Judaism. May the ignorant forgive me. The Haredi parties represent global Haredi Judaism \u2013 and with considerable success.
