The Central District Court in Lod convicted Daniel Ki Tob from the ultra-Orthodox city of Elad today (Monday) of two offenses of contact with a foreign agent during the 'Iron Swords' war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The court accepted the position of the prosecution and determined in its ruling, following an evidentiary process conducted by Attorney Moshe Yehezkel of the Central District Prosecutor's Office, that Daniel had a long-standing relationship with two foreign agents, and carried out dozens of missions for them in exchange for financial payment, while being aware that his actions could harm the security of the State of Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the verdict, Tov sprayed graffiti and hung signs on major bridges throughout Israel, at bus stops, near shopping centers, banks and post offices, and at other locations throughout the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, he sprayed graffiti on an IDF monument. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
