The Attorney General ordered a serious indictment to be filed today against Orit in the "Bild" affair. The indictment will accuse Orit of two acts of passing on confidential information with the intent to harm state security, as well as destroying evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attorneys Amit Hadad and Noa Milstein, representing Yonatan Urich, said: "The decision of the prosecution to file an indictment against Yonatan Urich in the Bild case is a wrong decision and is disconnected from the evidence that negates the prosecution's thesis and shatters the claims against Urich from the ground up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Honorable President Judge Menachem Mizrahi, who is familiar with all the investigative materials in the case, ruled that there is no shred of evidence that Urich was involved in the leak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of closing a case that has no basis, as it should have, the prosecution is clinging on to a flawed and unnecessary case. Like the \u201cwitness harassment\u201d case - in which it turned out that the witness was not harassed - this case will also be closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
