We arrived at the scene and saw a 69-year-old man lying unconscious with passersby around him. They told us that he had collapsed and immediately called MDA's 101 hotline and received a briefing for medical treatment. We performed medical tests and noticed that he had no pulse and was not breathing. We began performing advanced CPR, which included massages, ventilations, administering medication and administering an electric shock from a defibrillator, and after his heart started beating again, he regained full consciousness.
