You&#039;re winning big! \u2022 Promoter<\/mark><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his remarks, the Chief Rabbi emphasized that Pikuach Nefesh rejects the entire Torah - and in the current situation, when experts all agree that there is a real concern about Pikuach Nefesh, one should stay away from the Aliyah to Meron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are his full words:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"&quot;Regarding the situation in Meron, I hear that there are people in certain circles who are not willing to give up on Meron. It is written in the Shulchan Aruch that when a doctor determines that a patient should eat on Yom Kippur, he must listen to the doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, then he will tell him to keep the mitzvah\u2026? I am in honor of Yom Kippur\u2026 This man, if something happens to him, not only does he not die for the sanctification of Hashem, but he literally loses himself to know. So it is even more important here that the moment there is a larger group of people and God forbid something happens, first of all there is a greater chance that they will get hurt as I said and secondly the public will not be able to escape from there and trample each other and the disaster will happen again.
