As is the case with large-scale projects, it was precisely in the final stages \u2013 when construction was almost complete and the entrance to the hall was already visible on the horizon \u2013 that a final budget gap of approximately NIS 2 million arose. This is a familiar situation for institution administrators, in which the bulk of the project is behind schedule, but completing the finishing touches and infrastructure requires a precise and rapid financing solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After contacting several parties, the synagogue's treasurers turned to Maimondeln, which specializes in formulating customized financing solutions for transactions and institutions in complex situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The solution came quickly.
