The two claimed through their lawyers that there had been a "severe and ongoing violation of their rights throughout the stages of the investigation.". <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The request also claims that this was a "marginal incident" that occurred during the 2019 election campaign, which amounted to the playing of recordings of Filber himself on a loudspeaker outside his home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The request emphasized that the act was committed in broad daylight and openly, without any physical contact with the witness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
