One of the guys, who feared that the incident had deteriorated, began to document it - and then the two pounced on him and physically attacked him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Hasidim got off at the nearest station and ran to the nearest police station to file a complaint against the anti-Semitic attackers. The New York Police Department has opened an investigation into the anti-Semitic attack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Video footage circulated on social media clearly documented the serious incident. In the video, it can be seen that the attackers, a father and son, began harassing the Hasidim at Franklin Station after noticing their Jewish appearance. They boarded the same train, and the incident escalated into swearing, anti-Semitic remarks, explicit threats to their lives - and a physical assault.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
