Today, the special inspection report was published on the Extra Group, owned by Moti Ben-Moshe, who, together with businessman Eduardo Elsztain, acquired control of Nochi Dankner's IDB Group.<\/p>\r\n
The report was published by order of Judge Eitan Orenstein of the Tel Aviv District Court, who is handling the I.D.B. case, at the request of the Globes newspaper.<\/p>\r\n
The report, prepared by experts from the Israel Securities Authority, the official receiver (the official receiver) and the observer on behalf of the court, Attorney Hagai Ullman, unequivocally states that, contrary to the claims, Moti Ben-Moshe is the sole controlling shareholder in the Extra Group, and does not represent an anonymous group of investors, as Dankner tried to claim.<\/p>\r\n
The report states that "no third party was identified that could direct Extra's business and could be considered a controlling shareholder," and that the deposit money deposited by Ben-Moshe came from Extra's ongoing operations in Germany.<\/p>\r\n
The inspection team confirms all of Ben-Moshe's statements and states: "No data was found that could negate the profitability data presented by the company, no findings were found that could negate the cash flow presented by the company. No findings were found that contradict the company's claim that the funds deposited in the trust account in Israel originated from the ongoing activities of Extra Energy."\"<\/p>\r\n
According to the report's authors, the cash balance in Extra's coffers should be sufficient to continue the company's ongoing operations in the future, and that it will be able to continue growing next year as well.<\/p>\r\n
In other words: Extra Group will be able to meet its obligations under the I.D.B. debt arrangement.<\/p>\r\n
However, the report's authors emphasize: "The economic examination captures a current snapshot.
