The council member added that in a check with municipal officials, it was stated that the solution to the hybrid neighborhoods is being handled by the relevant offices, which is why he calls on those involved to get to the heart of the matter and hurry to bring a solution as soon as possible to the hybrid neighborhoods, including Ramat Vizhnitz, when there is a solution without major costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Haifa Municipality responded: "The municipality is investing a lot of resources in preparing escape routes. In the Ramat Vizhnitz neighborhood, there is an emergency path that connects to Rabbi Kaniel Street and from there to Ruppin Road.". <\/p>\n\n\n\n
