The State Attorney's Office has informed the lawyers of Eli Feldstein, the main suspect in the classified documents affair, that they will not appeal his release from partial house arrest.

Last week, the court decided to ease Feldstein's detention conditions, and according to the decision, he will be released from house arrest during the day accompanied by a supervisor, but will remain under nightly house arrest.

His lawyer argued that day for selective enforcement against his client, due to the gap between him and another suspect in the case - Yonatan Urich, who was released unconditionally.

Prior to the court's decision last week, the Attorney General announced that Yonatan Urich was facing indictment, subject to a hearing.
