About a week ago, investigators from the Crime Suppression Unit began an undercover investigation in collaboration with the Shin Bet against the couple. Yesterday, detectives from the Crime Suppression Unit arrived at the couple's apartment and conducted a search.

Several telephones, computers, and other technological devices were found at the scene, along with correspondence suspected to be between the couple and their operator.

The couple was arrested and brought in later today for a hearing on a request to extend their detention.

Three Israelis were arrested yesterday in two separate incidents, on suspicion of carrying out security missions for Iranian officials.

In one case, Mark Morgaine, a 33-year-old resident of the Jordan Valley, is suspected of having been in contact with hostile intelligence elements during the month of June, and of having carried out various missions under their direct supervision.

Among other things, the suspect agreed, at the operator's request, to reach a hidden point where a grenade was buried for the purpose of transporting it to the next destination, while understanding that the grenade was intended to harm civilians on behalf of foreign elements and to harm the security of the State of Israel.

In addition, the suspect transmitted an intercept video he filmed for the operator, during Operation 'With a Dog'.

In another incident, 18-year-old Segal and 20-year-old Nahorai Omri Mizrahi, residents of Tiberias, were arrested in June. The two are suspected of having been in contact with intelligence elements from a hostile country over the past two months and carrying out various missions.

Among other things, they photographed shopping malls and transmitted information about the number of security guards in the mall, the number of stores, the mall's structure, etc. Among the malls photographed: Grand Mall Haifa, Big Fashion Tiberias, Dizengoff Center, as well as Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.

The suspects sent the operator their locations during the missions and also begged the operator to send them additional missions.
