Attorney Ephraim Damari revealed this evening (Sunday) on the program 'Riklin & Co.' on Channel 14, an unprecedented claim: United States President Joe Biden directly intervened in the arrest proceedings against 'Force 100' soldiers in the Yemeni field affair.
Damari, who served as the soldiers' defense attorney, said this in an interview with Shimon Riklin, emphasizing that the information he has is based on "personal, verified knowledge of 100%.".
The lawyer stated: "When I managed the arrest procedures of Force 100 soldiers in the Yemen field affair, I can tell you this from verified personal knowledge of 100%, Biden intervened in all of their arrest procedures.".
He added: "Biden was even disappointed that they were released.".
When asked about the source of the information, Demri stood his ground and said firmly: "I say this with a level of certainty of 100%. Anyone who thinks so - let him sue me.".
Last February, an indictment was filed against the five reserve soldiers. The indictment includes two offenses: aggravated assault on a terrorist named Nokhba, and aggravated assault on a terrorist named Nokhba.
