Dramatic move: The news channel i24NEWS signed a long-term agreement with the polling company Direct Polls to manage the channel's polling system.
'Direct Polls, which recently became fully owned by Zuriel Sharon, will provide i24NEWS with a wide range of current polls, as well as election year polls and the main election sample, the results of which will be published on the election night broadcast.
Shlomo Filber announced a month ago that he had sold his share in the company - and is embarking on a new journey as a strategic consultant. "I transferred my share in Direct Falls to my partners, sold my share in the company and along the way made my home. But I will continue to conduct and present the C14 Channel surveys, accompany influential political figures, and be involved and influential in the field and on social media.".
The i24NEWS network was launched in July 2013 as a group of international news channels broadcasting from Israel to the world in three channels, three languages: English, French and Arabic. In June 2024, the group's fourth channel, in Hebrew, was launched, and is the first news channel in Israel to provide news releases, current affairs and ongoing reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Direct Pulse, founded in April 2019, is the youngest and most innovative research and strategic consulting firm in Israel. The company operates a campaigns and strategy division alongside an extensive research arm with a national reputation and exposure, which conducts surveys, studies, and precise samples.
