On the eve of Passover, Hamas released a video of the kidnapped Idan Alexander.
This is the second video from the captivity of the soldier who immigrated to Israel alone to enlist. In the previous video, released by the terrorist organization last November, Alexander cried out: "Don't forget us.".
At the beginning of the previous video, Alexander stated that he had been held captive by Hamas for more than 420 days. He addressed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in words that were apparently dictated to him in advance.
The Alexander family said: "While we are getting up for the holiday in the US, the family in Israel is preparing to sit around the Seder table. Our Idan, a lone soldier who immigrated to Israel and enlisted in the Golan Heights to protect it and its citizens, is still being held captive by Hamas. So when you sit down to celebrate Passover, remember that it is not a holiday of freedom as long as Idan and the 58 other hostages with him are not at home.".
After Hamas released the video of Idan from captivity, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with the parents of the kidnapped soldier, telling them: "In these hours, there is a truly tremendous effort underway to return Idan and all of our abductees home.".
