In honor of 'Ice Cream Day' for breakfast: a perfect and delicious recipe for ice cream pancakes

Ingredients (to make 10 pancakes):

2 eggs
A pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream in any flavor you like
50 grams melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups self-raising flour
Oil spray

Preparation method (15 minutes):

1. Place the eggs, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, butter and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Add the self-rising flour and fold into the batter, while adding.
3. Heat a frying pan and grease it a little.
4. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan and fry until small bubbles appear.
5. Flip the pancake to the other side until golden brown and remove to a plate.
6. Repeat the steps with the rest of the batter until finished.

Feel free to serve with maple syrup, peanut butter, ice cream, or any other favorite topping of your choice.
