Two Chabad followers injured in attempted stabbing in Crown Heights: Attacker arrested

New York police arrested an attacker who injured two Chabad followers in the Crown Heights neighborhood yesterday afternoon (Saturday). Want lectures with Yinon Magal? This year during the Passover holiday, everything will be different In the footage, the suspect is seen walking past passersby and when he recognized the two as Jews, he began attacking them and tried to stab one of them in the neck.

The attack occurred around 12:30 near Union Street and Albany Avenue when the attacker approached, without any provocation, one of the followers and attempted to stab him in the neck with a sharp object.

Miraculously, the victim escaped serious injury. The attacker then pushed the second victim to the floor, causing injuries, before threatening other bystanders.

A witness called the "Guard," whose volunteers quickly arrived and detained the attacker until the New York Police Department arrived.

The two victims were treated for their injuries by rescue volunteers.
