The military court today (Thursday) extended, at the request of the military prosecutor's office, the restrictive conditions imposed on the fighters of Force 100, suspects in the Yemen field affair, including a ban on leaving the country and the deposit of passports, for an additional two weeks. Some of the fighters are represented by attorneys Adi Kedar, Nati Rom, and Moshe Polsky on behalf of Honenu. Attorney Nati Rom: "We regret that at a time when hundreds of terrorists are being released, the military prosecutor's office insists on continuing to harass the heroic fighters, through legal torture and unjustified violation of human rights." Attorney Adi Kedar: "The very fact of holding a hearing on the question of continuing to hold the passport and providing guarantees on the part of the heroic fighters, soldiers of the land and owners of exemplary families who are clear to any reasonable person that they do not intend to flee the country but rather to maintain their innocence is delusional and unfounded and demonstrates the petty and unprofessional approach of the prosecutor's office. We are unanimous that there is no reason to file an indictment against the fighters and that the trial of this affair should be over." Let us recall that the fighters were arrested about six months ago on suspicion of harming the terrorist Nuhba and were held for two months in custody. After their release, they were under house arrest under restrictive conditions, and only a few weeks ago were the severe restrictions lifted and they returned to their work.
