Attorney Haim Bleicher of Mehonu filed a civil lawsuit in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for 250,000 shekels against an Arab resident of Jaffa, who about three years ago attacked two Jews, a father and son, who were driving in their car in the city, with blows and pepper spray. During the attack, the Arab even tore a medical drainage tube from the father's leg. In the lawsuit filed by Attorney Bleicher, he describes the incident: "On May 12, 21, the plaintiffs were traveling with their two dogs to photograph the entrance road to the Jaffa Port. After taking a few photos, they made a U-turn toward the Clock Square and drove down Second Aliya Street. "Suddenly, a motorcycle arrived, attached to the car, began cursing at them and blocked their path of travel. The defendant approached Plaintiff 1, pushed him, and even attacked him with blows and a kick in the lower back. In addition, he pulled a drainage tube that was connected to Plaintiff 1 following hernia surgery he had undergone in his leg. "Plaintiff 2 came to get out of the vehicle to help Plaintiff 1, but the motorcyclist attacked him and sprayed pepper spray in his face, and immediately sprayed Plaintiff 1 as well. While Plaintiff 1 was sitting in the vehicle, the offender sprayed pepper spray into the vehicle once more. The dogs in the vehicle were also injured in this attack." Attorney Bleicher said: "We will make every effort and will not give up in order to exact a price from those anti-Semitic rioters who harm Jews.".
