The mayor of one of the largest cities in the Gush Dan region is suspected of harassing and committing serious acts against a woman who complained to the police.
According to the report tonight (Thursday) on Channel 12, the complainant said that the mayor acted against her will.
His name is currently prohibited from publication.
Following the complaint, the mayor was summoned for questioning with a warning and is expected to report to the investigative unit in the coming hours.
Depending on the findings, a decision will be made whether the investigation will remain within the scope of the investigating unit or be transferred to Lahav 433.
