The Military Court of Appeals ruled today (Monday) that the five reserve soldiers, who were arrested in the 'Yemen Field' affair and held under house arrest, can return to their jobs without the need for supervision. Since the fighters' arrest, they have been denied the opportunity to return to their place of slavery, which has severely affected their livelihood. The decision comes after an appeal filed by attorneys Adi Kedar and Nati Rom from Mehonu against the conditions of house arrest to which the fighters were subjected. Attorneys Kedar and Rom welcomed the decision: "We welcome the decision of the Court of Appeals and hope that it will serve as a turning point for the court in the future. "However, the fact that the military prosecution and its head continue the fight to criminalize and restrict the fighters' steps is regrettable and disturbing. We will continue to fight until their names are cleared.".
