Terrorist attacks guard post: Two injured in stabbings in Mishor Adumim

Two security guards were injured this evening (Sunday) in a stabbing attack near the Mishor Adumim industrial area. The terrorist who attacked them and stabbed them was neutralized. Rescue forces called to the scene treated a 24-year-old security guard who suffered a minor to moderate head injury, and another security guard who was slightly injured. Both were evacuated to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem in a conscious state. Hadassah Medical Center reported: Two victims of the stabbing incident in Mishor Adumim were evacuated to the trauma unit at Hadassah Mount Scopus. A 24-year-old is conscious with penetrating injuries who will be taken to the operating room, and a 22-year-old is conscious with penetrating injuries. Both are in stable condition and are currently undergoing imaging tests. Police forces are on the scene and have begun investigating the circumstances of the incident. The police reported: A terrorist whose identity is not yet known arrived at the industrial area in Mishor Adumim and stabbed two security guards at the entrance. The two injured were evacuated in minor condition by medical personnel for treatment. The terrorist was neutralized by security guards at the scene. MDA paramedics Aviad Chen and Yonatan Harel said: "We received a report of a stabbing attack and we immediately went to the scene in large numbers. We saw two injured people in their 20s at the scene who were fully conscious and walking. A 24-year-old woman was slightly to moderately injured in her upper body. We provided her with medical treatment and evacuated her to the hospital. Another young man in his 20s who was also injured from the stabbing was treated by us and is in minor condition." Uzi Slok, United Hatzalah paramedic: "This is a 24-year-old woman who was stabbed and subsequently suffered minor to moderate injuries, and another young man, about 20, who was slightly injured as a result of a stabbing in the hand. After the initial aid given to them at the scene by the paramedics who arrived first at the scene, the young man and the young woman were evacuated to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem.".
