Also, following the increase in demand for 'Chaburah Beit Shemesh' matzos certified by the Badatz She'erit Yisrael, the bakery has been working around the clock in recent months, under the supervision of the Badatz rabbis and by groups of God-fearing avrechims, to provide the public with thousands of kilos of handmade matzos, machine-made matzos, as well as matzos made from various flours such as spelt and oatmeal, in light of public demand.

In recent days, the goods have arrived at all stations across the country, in order to allow the thousands of people who order from the fund to stock up on holiday products in advance.

It should be noted that this year, in light of the strict requirements of the Badatz members, a list of factories and distributors approved by the Badatz was published to the public, after they were carefully selected and accepted the strict instructions of the elaborate kashrut.

In recent days, the Or Shai Foundation has apologized to the hundreds of customers who did not register in the system by the deadline, for not being able to provide them with the luxurious kashrut products, and asks the public to make sure to order in the computerized system in advance in the upcoming sales, in order to enjoy the luxurious kashrut products at affordable prices.
