Minister Goldknopf's office invested a lot of effort to get the decision approved before the upcoming lottery - which will take place immediately after Passover.
In light of the approval of the decision, the Ministry of Housing's systems will be updated, so that certificates of eligibility can be issued.
The Ministry of Construction and Housing recommends that anyone who is expected to get married in the coming months immediately register for marriage and receive appropriate confirmation of the registration and the expected wedding date, so that they can later issue a certificate of eligibility for the big lottery that is expected to open immediately after Passover.
Once the lottery opens, the possibility of issuing certificates of eligibility for this lottery will be blocked.
