Smotrich attacked: "What has he done in the last year? Argued with Tibi in the plenum?""

Against the backdrop of the deadlock in the negotiations: יו"ר הציונות הדתית ח"כ בצלאל סמוטריץ' תקף הבוקר (רביעי) את יו"ר 'עוצמה יהודית' ח"כ  איתמר בן גביר. \ בראיון לקלמן ליבסקינד ורועי שרון ברשת ב' אמר סמוטריץ': "איתמר בן גביר מצטרף להסתה נגד הציונות הדתית". לדבריו, נעשה ניסיון להציג אותה כמתנשאת ויהירה. "לא מתנצל שאני רוצה מפלגה ציונית דתית", אמר.

Smotrich said: "We had intense meetings and suddenly he announced the cessation of negotiations. There is a feeling that a month and a half ago he decided to run alone and has been playing games ever since. What has he done socially in the past year, fight with Tibi in the plenum and broadcast on Facebook?"'

Otzma Yehudit said: "It's strange that overnight Ben Gvir, a worthy and idealistic member, turns into someone who did nothing in the Knesset. In any case, we call on Bezalel to show responsibility and not shoot at the APC. Otzma Yehudit will not fight battles in the media.".

בעוצמה ביקשו מסמוטריץ' "לגלות אחריות ולהימנע מהטלת שקרים ורפש" והביעו תקווה שאכן "ההתקפות חסרות האחריות ייפסקו". בעוצמה יהודית הוסיפו: "מכבדים את הבחירה של בצלאל סמוטריץ' לפנות לקולות של איילת שקד, ומאחלים לו הצלחה רבה".
