Minister Kahane with Hasidic representatives on 7th of Adar: "The final result is not good"'

An 'Expectations Coordination' meeting ahead of the Lag BaOmer celebration in Meron was held today (Sunday) at Kibbutz Hafetz Chaim, together with representatives of the Hasidim operating in Meron, alongside representatives of the Israel Police, the National Center for Holy Places, representatives of the Ministry of Religious Services, the Ministry of Transportation, and rescue and charity organizations operating on the mountain. Minister Kahane said at the event: "In the Lag BaOmer celebration that will be held this year, there are zero political considerations. Our goal is to allow as many worshipers as possible to arrive with maximum safety." Regarding preparations for the Lag BaOmer celebration, Minister Kahane emphasized to those present: "I came here to tell you one message that is important to me that you hear from me directly. There will be zero political considerations in holding the celebration this year. The only considerations that will guide us are to allow as many people as possible to celebrate the celebration and to ensure that all those celebrating return home safely.
