Special recipe: Everything you need to make a rich and indulgent cholent

Ingredients: 
1/2 kilo of meat. Suitable cuts: Asado/ Planken/ Muscle/ Ribs/ Head Meat/ Ossobuco • You can use 1 cut from the list or several different cuts • If you choose a boneless cut, you can add a few bones with bone marrow - it really enhances the flavor 1 large onion, diced and fried until golden brown 4 cloves of chopped garlic - add to the fried onion in the last minute of frying 200 grams of white/red/mixed beans that have been soaked in water for 12-24 hours 5 large potatoes, cut into large cubes 150 grams of grits A heaping tablespoon of salt A teaspoon of black pepper A tablespoon of sweet paprika A tablespoon of cilantro
How to prepare:
• Arrange in a pot - fried onions and garlic, topped with meat (best a whole piece, strips or cubes are also possible) • Top the meat with beans and grits and top with potatoes • Add spices and cilantro • Water up to 3 cm above the potatoes • Bring to a good boil • Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for about two hours, now is the time to add the kishkek (recipe separate) - and transfer to a plate for a whole night. Options to add: Eggs - put in a bag and cook together with the cholent.
