Dramatic event in Samaria: Two young men - a 20-year-old and an 11-year-old boy - were trapped in their vehicle in a flood in the Qana Stream in Samaria. The vehicle became stuck on two rocks. Both were rescued safely. The commander of the Shomron rescue unit reported that one of them was rescued by the unit, while the other was rescued independently.
